Shein Orders Sent to Wrong Branch and Returned – Requesting Refund
Hello, I placed two orders on Shein, but both were mistakenly sent to the Başakşehir branch, which is far from my home. I tried contacting them but couldn’t reach anyone. Now I see that my packages have been marked for return and shipped back overseas. I’m shocked by this situation. Out of three packages, only one has been delivered to me. Additionally, Shein charges customs fees at the door without any prior notice, something I’ve never encountered with other platforms. How is this even possible? I will never use Shein again. I’ve attached images showing the tracking details of the two undelivered packages. Please provide an explanation, issue my refund, and resolve this problem.
