I placed an order on Shein (Order No: GS01CB60F006616P) and paid ₺1,167.19 in total. However, the tracking now shows a “delivery failed” status, and I have not received my products. Shein has not provided any details about which courier company is handling my package or where my items currently are.
I was at home on the scheduled delivery day, yet I never received a call, text, or email from the courier. There was no delivery attempt notice, and no additional updates were shared about the status of my order. I expected my package to arrive two days ago, but it still has not been delivered.
I also tried to contact Shein customer service through their platform but was unable to get a direct response. I urgently request clear tracking information and for my items to be delivered immediately without further delays. This level of communication and service is unacceptable, and I expect Shein to resolve this issue promptly.
