On March 16, 2025, I made a purchase at Sephora Aqua Florya and requested samples, but they were never given to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this location. However, when I later checked my receipt, I noticed that the samples were added to my transaction, which means they were registered but not actually provided.
Why is this happening? Is Sephora charging customers for samples they don’t receive? I expect a proper explanation and resolution. If samples are being listed on the receipt, they should be given to the customer. I request Sephora to contact me immediately and fix this issue.
