The lack of response from Sephora to my repeated requests for samples that I never received is beyond frustrating. When I placed orders during the summer and drew attention to the missing samples, nothing was done and no one bothered to follow up with me. This issue has also occurred in-store, with cashiers displaying no concern or effort to resolve it. I've made it clear to both the local stores and the corporate office that this is an ongoing issue, and I've demanded a solution. However, my requests have been consistently ignored for unknown reasons. This is unacceptable and disrespectful treatment of a loyal customer. Now, I demand that Sephora take this matter seriously and find a permanent solution to not only provide me with the missing samples but also to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.
