I Can’t Get Any Testers at Sephora Korupark Despite Requesting Them Multiple Times

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experiences at the Sephora store in Bursa Korupark. During my last two visits, I specifically asked for tester perfumes or serums, yet I was told both times that there were none available. When I asked again today—without even specifying a particular product—I received nothing more than a dismissive “we don’t have any” or “they’re out” from the store staff.

This has happened repeatedly without any clear explanation, and it leaves a very negative impression. Sephora claims to offer testers as part of the customer experience, but when you visit the store, those testers are mysteriously never available. There’s no proper communication, no signage, and no effort from the staff to provide alternatives or timelines.

As a paying customer, I expect transparency and better service. If testers are part of the in-store perks, they should be offered—or at least there should be a valid reason when they’re not. Sephora must ensure that customers can benefit from the promised samples, or update their store policies to reflect what’s actually available. I request a clear response and corrective action so this doesn’t continue to happen.
