On November 17, 2024, at 3:43 PM, I visited the Sephora store in Mall of Istanbul and made a purchase worth ₺6,325.90. As I had encountered before, I faced the same issue again. The store employees do not provide tester products to customers making purchases and do not even bother to give any explanation for not doing so. Their sense of service is completely inadequate. Due to other obligations, I had no choice but to shop at the Mall of Istanbul branch. Despite filing multiple complaints, this issue persists. This is the sixth time I have faced this situation, and I demand it be resolved. As can be seen at the bottom of the receipt, the cameras will confirm that Mr. O*** did not place any tester products in the bag. I also experienced the same issue on February 13, 2024; March 24, 2024; April 24, 2024; May 31, 2024; and August 17, 2024. Tester products exist to be given to customers who make purchases. I have personally seen large quantities of tester products being delivered to the branches multiple times. However, it is evident that some staff members showcase these products excessively on their social media accounts and even sell them on second-hand platforms. I visited at the beginning of the month, no testers; at the end of the month, no testers; in the middle of the month, the same story. Allegedly, testers are delivered at the beginning of the month, but no matter when you go, nothing changes. I have made six purchases, and none of them were tester products given. This is unacceptable, especially considering I am a Gold member. I demand all the tester products I should have received for these six purchases to be delivered to me in full and with additional compensation. Tester products are meant to encourage customers to shop, not to be distributed excessively to employees. I want all the tester products I am entitled to for the six purchases I made at the Mall of Istanbul branch to be provided to me in full. As a Gold member, I have not made insignificant purchases, and I will not tolerate such disrespect from the Mall of Istanbul branch. Sephora headquarters has contacted me to collect my information, but there has been no progress, and the branch has not followed up with me in any way. I demand this issue be resolved immediately.
