Hello, I noticed that my recent purchases at Sephora have not been reflected in my rewards points balance. My points have remained unchanged for months. I made two in-store purchases, which I picked up from the store, and recently placed an online order. Although nearly a month has passed since the online purchase, the points from that transaction have still not been added to my account.

I’ve waited patiently, but this delay is frustrating as I rely on these points for future benefits. Please address this issue promptly and ensure that my missing points are added to my account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
