On April 4, I placed an order through Sephora’s official website using the “store pickup” option and collected my items in person. While picking up the products, a store associate warned me that one of the items could cause severe skin irritation and recommended that I return it immediately. I never opened the product and initiated a return request through customer service, who provided me with a Yurtiçi Kargo return code.
I carefully packaged the product and returned it on April 7 exactly as instructed. Since then, I have received no confirmation that the product was received, nor has any refund been processed. Concerned, I contacted Sephora’s customer service again, and they said the product hadn’t reached their warehouse yet and advised me to check with Yurtiçi Kargo. I retrieved the shipping information and shared it with Sephora. They promised someone would call me the same day, but today is April 23, and I still have not heard anything.
Despite calling Sephora customer service multiple times, I have not received any clear updates. I am left without the product and without my refund. Every time I call, they tell me someone will get back to me, but nothing happens.
