We purchased the Samsung Frame 65" LS03D TV and were informed that we were eligible to apply for the Samsung Jet75 cordless vacuum promotion. However, for the past 50 days we have been given the runaround with constant messages and calls stating that they are still “evaluating” our application. We have contacted Samsung Customer Services many times and were repeatedly told that someone would call us back, yet we never received any return calls. We keep having to call and push for answers, but nothing moves forward. This situation has become very tiring, and we are now considering taking the matter further, as it is unreasonable to wait this long just to receive a simple response about whether we qualify for the vacuum.
