Expired Samsung 55-Inch QLED 4K Smart TV Gift Card

I bought a Samsung RF85A911AP/TR Bespoke double-door refrigerator from Media Markt on April 13, 2023. The refrigerator was given away as part of a promotional campaign called "Get a Samsung 55" The Frame QLED 4K Smart TV or 11,000 TL Loaded Card as a Gift with Select Samsung Bespoke Series Refrigerator Purchase." I applied for the TV immediately after purchasing the refrigerator, using application number 265***8. On June 7, 2023, I received an SMS confirming my application's approval. According to Samsung's emails, the TV was supposed to be delivered via third-party courier within 45 days. However, the 45-day period has expired, and the TV has yet to be delivered. Customer service representatives who consistently made me wait for at least 40 minutes to an hour during my calls matched Samsung's unprofessional behavior. My conversations with F*** were contradictory, with them promising that the TV was in the queue for delivery, then stating that they couldn't provide queue information, and finally assuring me that it would arrive in August. Despite my requests to expedite the process due to the breach of the 45-day guarantee, I'm still waiting for a response after being told they would consult the campaign department for a solution. To summarize, I've been reduced to begging for my own purchased product.
