Samsung QE65 TV Campaign Gifts Missing - Vacuum Cleaners Not Delivered

On February 21, 2025, I purchased a total of four Samsung QE65 model televisions from Media Markt store using two separate invoices. Two of these televisions were promised as a gift along with a campaign package of two cordless upright vacuum cleaners. The products were installed by a Samsung authorized service center, and I began using them. I contacted both Media Markt and Samsung headquarters numerous times regarding the campaign. Media Markt stated that the vacuum cleaners would be shipped by Samsung headquarters and that they would contact me. Samsung headquarters confirmed this information. However, despite numerous contacts and requests since February, the promised two cordless upright vacuum cleaners have not yet been shipped. To date, I have not received any tracking number or application code. I am experiencing a hardship because my promotional gifts have not been delivered despite waiting for approximately eight months. I request that the two promised cordless upright vacuum cleaners be delivered to me as soon as possible.
