Samsung 50tu8000 Television Panel Failure, They Are Acting Indifferent

The Samsung brand 50TU8000 TV, which we bought in January 2020, suddenly turned black on 16.03.2023. I called the Samsung service and after the service checks, it was determined that there was a panel malfunction. He paid 7500 TL for the repair. I paid a service failure detection fee of 250 TL. I did not apply a blow or anything to this TV, so I think the TV has chronic problems. I called customer service 2 times and still no response. I will go to Consumer Rights as soon as possible. I haven't been able to watch TV since March. I've been using Samsung for years, I couldn't find this indifference to you. I want a TV with the same setting as zero as soon as possible.
