Samsung 50TU8000 Chronic Panel Problem, The Display Disappears

My Samsung UE50TU8000U TV, purchased in 2020, stopped working two days ago. While researching the issue, I found numerous reports from others who experienced the same problem, which appears to be a chronic factory defect. Hundreds of complaints on the Xolvie website confirm similar issues with this model. When I contacted Samsung customer service, they informed me that a technician would need to visit to diagnose the issue and create a fault code, but that I would be charged a service fee. Upon further research, I discovered that repair costs for this defect typically range between ₺12,000 and ₺16,000. Here is my concern: my Samsung TV, known to have a chronic defect, failed right after the warranty period ended. Should I file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and pursue legal action against Samsung for selling a defective product, or is there anyone who can assist me in resolving this issue? Both Samsung customer service and the Forum Kayseri Samsung dealership have said they cannot help with this problem.
