Samsung UE50TU8000 Panel Failed Repeatedly and They Refuse to Repair It

On 21.05.2021, I bought a Samsung brand UE50TU8000 model smart television. Less than a year later, the panel malfunctioned on 21.04.2022. The service replaced it under warranty and delivered it on 24.04.2022. On 14.06.2023, the device had a panel malfunction again. The panel was replaced again, but for some reason, the panel malfunctioned again. When I contacted the service, they stated that since the warranty had expired, repairs would be made for a fee. In my research, I saw many panel malfunction complaints about this model on the Yorumvar® website and other internet platforms. The company does not stand behind its defective product, which gives the same malfunction every year. When buying the television, I chose Samsung, thinking it was a well-known, well-established and solid brand, but I would not have chosen it. I think that the company does not have the right to victimize dozens of people because of its defective product, and I request a replacement. I would like to state that if a solution is not found, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

They got back to me, but there's nothing to be done, the warranty has expired, they say you can pay and we'll repair it. I'm calling out to those who are considering buying the Samsung brand, think again because I thought it was high quality and bought it for more than other brands, but I haven't benefited at all, it breaks down every year.
