RS57K4000SA Samsung Refrigerator Manufacturing Defect Out Of Warranty!

The RS57K4000SA Samsung refrigerator I bought from the Samsung dealer broke down after 6 years. Although they confirmed that they do not have an additional warranty of +2 years, they said that the warranty looks like (3+2) 5 years instead of (3+4) 7 years. Other large companies do not require additional warranty documents from their customers. It is registered to invoice and additional warranty systems and displays it when needed. Since I trusted the Samsung brand in my first purchase, I did not archive any additional warranty documents. However, they asked me for the warranty documents and they took advantage of not having these documents in my possession. I called Customer Service Service at least 15 times over 12 days. In the end, they were able to say that the warranty of the product was 5 years on their system and it was out of warranty. Desperately paying for it, I requested Samsung service (Reg. No: 4267003474) and they reported that there was a gas leak in the refrigerator "due to a body problem" and that it could not be repaired. Gas leakage is caused by a body problem due to a manufacturing defect, not due to a usage error, whether the 6-year-old refrigerator is garbage, the warranty product is out of warranty, waiting for 12 days without the refrigerator working, each time you have to inform the Customer Service about the model and serial number. Which one should I write? Samsung, which I thought to be a big brand, disappointed me!

They have developed a very "ingenious" method in their own way to avoid having to exchange One-to-One Free of charge with the same model product due to production errors. The model ı bought is no longer produced! They said that they could make a change by deducting the refrigerator amount ı paid 6 years ago (One eleventh of the payable price) from the list sales price of the refrigerator, which they said was a new product by changing the letters of the same model. This is the sad state of the Samsung brand! I did not write because ı had an expectation from the company. I wanted everyone to know and contribute to those who are considering buying this brand product.
