The Samsung brand refrigerator I bought about 2 years ago broke down in June (water flowing problem due to a blockage in the system). I made a service request regarding the issue. The service representative came on 24.06.2024, examined the device and kept the necessary records. Later, on 27.06.2024, I received a message stating that they could not reach me and that they recommended another device to replace the faulty device. I called customer service and informed them that the product they recommended was a lower model of the product I had and that, according to the law, it had to be replaced with the same/equivalent or a higher model. Later, they suggested different models of products via message/call at different times. However, since the product they recommended would be too big for the place where the device would be placed, I suggested different models (my device is 71 cm, and the place where the device is placed is approximately 2-4 cm wide. The products recommended to me are larger than this width). The last time they called me was on 05.05.2024 and stated that they would give me the RT47CG6006S9TR model product that I requested. The approval information was shared via SMS on 08.07.2024. In the conversations I have had yesterday and today since that date, I still have not been given clear information about when the product will be delivered to me. As if it wasn't enough that I've been miserable at home with diapers under the refrigerator for about 3 weeks, I'm also waiting for a refrigerator that I don't know when it will be delivered. I have to go out of town and since the process cannot be completed, I am also aggrieved. I was deceived by the name Samsung and bought it. Apart from the name, you have given the impression of a brand that is no different from the ordinary sub-industry in terms of customer service and product quality. I would like to request you to resolve the inconvenience you have caused me as soon as possible, otherwise I will initiate all kinds of legal action against you... Send feedback
