Samsung Sold Me a Faulty Refrigerator That Failed After Just 3 Years

3 years ago, unfortunately, I bought all my white goods from Samsung. The refrigerator started to cool, we called the service and created a record, they said it would come the next day. They kept me waiting until the end of the day and said the record was not visible, and as a result of waiting for 4 days like this, my food in the freezer turned into garbage, I suffered a loss of 10-15 thousand. As if that wasn't enough, the service fee was 20-25 thousand. The 10-year warranty was only valid for the motor. There was a card change and gas leak and it was not covered by the warranty. Also, a Vestel brand card was found in the refrigerator. We made a big mistake by buying white goods from Samsung when we could have bought them from other brands for 1/3 the price. You are a very bad company, your customer representatives and solution center work very badly. Who would buy white goods for 3.5 years for God's sake, what a shame for our money. I will start all kinds of legal processes and I will also spread this situation on all social platforms. I read the other complaints here, many people's same model refrigerators have broken down in 3-4 years, which raises suspicions that there is systematic fraud. Let's file a class action lawsuit, no one makes money easily. I won't let my rights be wasted.
