Samsung Sold Me a Faulty Refrigerator - Still Has Not Sent the Replacement

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator, and it broke down in less than two years, it’s no longer cooling. The service team visited twice, on April 12 and 14, and confirmed that there was a gas leak that couldn’t be repaired. They said a replacement unit would be sent, but we’ve been waiting ever since. Every time we follow up, they cite an ongoing approval process or give other excuses to delay the solution. They sold us a defective product and have done nothing to resolve the issue. All the food inside has spoiled, and we’re unable to store or buy anything. We expected a quick resolution, especially for such an essential appliance, but the inconvenience continues with no end in sight.

The people I reached at Samsung said that the product is not in stock and that we need to wait for an indefinite period. A company cannot be this incapable of providing solutions. You sell me a defective product and then do not resolve the issue. They never solve problems; there is no other home appliance brand that causes this much victimization.
