My Samsung Smart Tv Problem Not Resolved

On February 11th, 2023, I made a purchase from the Samsung store website for a Samsung television. In response to my successful payment, I received an email of approval. It was at 11:36 a.m. on February 13, 2023, that I received a phone call informing me that my order had been canceled. It was explained away by the fact that the discount was used twice. However, the website unexpectedly applied a 5% discount to my shopping cart. Furthermore, if my order is canceled, I will be charged 4,000 Turkish Lira (TL), which is more than I would have saved with the discount. This injustice, which can be found on the Samsung company's official website, is shocking and unacceptable. Unless they can assure me that I won't be victimized in the process, I'd prefer that they give me a written explanation for why they're canceling my order instead of just telling me. I intend to fight for what is rightfully mine in this procedure. Please do what needs to be done as soon as possible. Invoice Number: 22091-924-1-116-37
