Samsung Online Refund Missing for Canceled Order
Dear Samsung Customer Service, On 27.09.2025, I purchased a product worth ₺14,499 from your official online store. Although I immediately canceled my order, the product was nevertheless dispatched. Upon contacting your customer service team, I was informed that I had to cancel the delivery through the courier, which I did promptly. Despite this, while the product is still being held with the courier, I have not received any notification, refund confirmation, or update regarding the status of my cancellation. Furthermore, during my call with your customer service, the representative abruptly terminated the conversation without offering any assistance, which I find highly unprofessional and disappointing. As of today, three days have passed with no progress on my order (TR250927-19599401). This situation has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and financial concern. I kindly but firmly request the immediate refund of my payment and a clear explanation regarding both the delay in processing my cancellation and the unacceptable customer service experience I encountered. I trust that Samsung, as a reputable company, will resolve this matter urgently and ensure better handling of such situations in the future.
