Samsung Did Not Refund My TV Order Payment Even After One Month
I ordered a television from Samsung Shop on March 31, 2025. They kept me waiting until April 18 and finally said that there was no stock in our warehouse on April 18, 2025, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Today is May 02, 2025 and 14 days have passed but my money has not been returned to my card yet. My card statement was cut and the last payment date is 05.05.2025. In other words, I have to pay my card in 3 days or interest will be charged. Due to Samsung Türkiye's irresponsibility, I have not been able to receive my television or get back the money withdrawn from my card for more than 1 month. Samsung Türkiye needs to fix this issue urgently. I told everyone around me that Samsung made me go through this and stated that it is a company that needs to be paid attention to today.
