Samsung Failed to Deliver Promised Paracard Offer - Unresolved Application

I bought 4 white goods from Samsung on 12.04.2023 (invoice in the photo). Accordingly, I was told by the dealer that there was a 2000 TL parakart campaign for double purchases and what I needed to do. A week later, the authorized service personnel installed the white goods and after the installation, I applied for the parachart I was entitled to from the dual purchase of washing machine and dryer on Samsung's official website (application number in the photo). It was stated that my application would be finalized within 4 or maximum 5 weeks and that I would be notified by SMS, but even though these 5 weeks have passed and I have called Samsung Turkey three times, neither the paracard has been sent nor my application has been finalized. If you made a promise, keep your promise. If not, then don't make promises to your customers. I hope that my problem will be solved now.
