Samsung Failed to Deliver My Promised Rebate
I bought a TV from Samsung in February 2023 and was eligible for a 3,500 Turkish Lira rebate as part of a campaign. However, it has been an incredible 8 months and I still haven't received the funds on my card. I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung on this matter. I've spoken with representatives from Samsung's Customer Service Resolution team, including Perih**, Mehm**, and Birk**. Unfortunately, I'm also filing a complaint against them because they've repeatedly kept me waiting without resolving my situation. Please, Samsung, keep your promises and make things right. It's past time for you to deliver what is rightfully mine.

In response to my complaint, Samsung said: "Dear customer, your request is still under review. We will contact you once the process is complete. We wish you a good day." I have heard and read these responses from you many times. What have you been reviewing for eight (8) months, my friend, what is this? It's just 3,500 TL. I am very curious about what you have been reviewing for 8 months, please specify. Solve my problem immediately, my friend, I am disgusted with you and Samsung... Also, as I mentioned, I will file a lawsuit for material and moral damages through the enforcement court against the names and the company, for your information...
