Samsung Victimizes Its Customer With Campaign Deception!

I purchased a Samsung TV model QE55Q60CAUXTK from a Samsung dealer at Izmir Balçova Agora AVM on 22.09.2023. During the purchase, I was promised a "money card" to be provided during installation, onto which 2150 TL would be loaded after some time. The Samsung service team installed the TV the next day, but they claimed not to have the card available at that time. They assured me it would be sent to my address later, and I was instructed to fill out a participation form for the campaign. I promptly joined the campaign on Samsung's website. However, on 09.10.2023, I received an SMS from Samsung stating there was a missing document, without specifying which documents were needed. I was instructed to re-apply by 17.10.2023. When I clicked the provided link, it displayed an error message: "This campaign has expired." After noticing numerous unresolved complaints on the "Şikayetvar" website about this issue, I've come to understand that Samsung might be deliberately delaying this process to avoid providing customers with their entitled money. As of today (11.10.2023), I urge an immediate review of my application to ensure no missing documents. Customers should not bear the responsibility for any potential delays. Otherwise, I want to emphasize that I'll closely follow up on this matter, take legal action if needed, escalate the issue to Samsung in South Korea, and share my experience on every social media platform.
