I purchased the Roborock S8 Pro just one month ago after hearing so many positive reviews. I truly believed I was buying a top-tier product. However, on the 25th day of use, the plastic brush guard in the main brush compartment broke on its own—without any misuse or damage on my part.
What’s even more frustrating is that Roborock has refused to provide a replacement, neither free of charge nor even as a paid spare part. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but the brand’s lack of support and complete disinterest in resolving the issue is deeply disappointing.
This vacuum wasn’t cheap—I bought it with my hard-earned money and expected much better quality and service. I’m asking Roborock to send me the broken part immediately and to take proper responsibility for a clear product defect. I regret trusting the hype.
