I purchased the Roborock Q Revo L robot vacuum from Teknosa on June 27, 2025. Just 20 days into using the device, the red main rubber brush tore due to hair getting tangled around it. What’s most frustrating is that the product was marketed with features specifically designed to prevent hair entanglement on the main brush—yet that’s exactly what happened, and in a matter of weeks.

I contacted Roborock customer service and was told the brush is considered a “consumable part” and therefore not covered under warranty. Instead, they offered me the option to purchase a replacement brush at my own expense. This response is unacceptable for a product that failed to deliver on its advertised performance so quickly.

A device at this price point should be able to handle its basic cleaning function—especially one that was highlighted in its promotional materials. I am requesting that Roborock recognize this issue as a warranty-covered defect and replace the main brush free of charge. A product’s core functionality shouldn’t degrade within days, especially when the failure contradicts the brand’s own claims.
