I bought the Roborock S7 robot vacuum, and it began malfunctioning within the first week. I sent it to the service center for warranty repairs, and it was returned after being repaired. It has since broken down again, and it no longer holds a charge, cannot locate the charging dock, and even shuts down on its own. It was returned to the service center, but it was completely broken. I'm very unhappy with both the robot vacuum and the technical support that was provided. I am requesting a replacement of the same model or a full refund. If they are able to resolve my problem, I will update my complaint. The Roborock S7's performance and service quality have been a major letdown for me.
