I am absolutely furious with Roborock and your authorized service! My Roborock S7 Sonic robot vacuum, which is still under warranty, is experiencing severe technical issues. The battery drains incredibly fast, no longer holding a charge like it used to. On top of that, I constantly get a persistent warning saying, "Main Brush life ended."
I have always used this product exactly as instructed. Therefore, these problems are clearly not due to user error; they are technical malfunctions related to the device's performance or its components.
I initially contacted Vatan Bilgisayar, where I purchased the robot. To my absolute shock, they informed me that the battery and brushes are NOT covered under warranty! This approach is completely unacceptable and unbecoming of a brand like Roborock, which has supposedly earned global trust and is synonymous with quality.
As a user who has always proudly heard about Roborock's commitment to customer satisfaction, I expect the brand to take responsibility and stand by its product in this situation. I demand to see a "Roborock approach" that doesn't abandon a user experiencing problems.
Therefore, I demand the free replacement of both the battery and the brushes (which are giving the "Main Brush life ended" warning) under warranty.
I believe Roborock will take the correct steps to uphold its brand reliability. I urge you to immediately initiate these replacement procedures and provide me with updates.
