Roborock S8 Constant Filter Error Despite Regular Maintenance

I purchased a Roborock S8 robot vacuum about a year ago through Trendyol, during my pregnancy. Since I started using it, the device has constantly shown “filter clogged” or “filter wet” warnings, even though I clean the filter and brushes regularly. For the last four months, this error has occurred in nearly every cleaning session, making the device completely ineffective. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to send the product via cargo, but since there is no cargo branch in my area, I could not ship it and no courier came to collect it. Despite the product being under warranty and not even reaching the service center, I was told that it was “user error” and a ₺5,000 fee would be charged, which I absolutely do not accept. Later, they admitted it might have been a mistake and promised to get back to me, but I never received any proper solution. My e-invoice number is TYS2024023316282. This problem persists in all cleaning modes, especially dry cleaning, and I have tried every possible fix without success. I am deeply dissatisfied with this purchase, as such a high-priced product should not fail so quickly. I demand a replacement unit to resolve my grievance.
