I am absolutely furious with my Roborock S8 Max V! I bought this expensive device in September 2024, and by April 2025, the voice function was already broken. We took it to service, and it was supposedly fixed under warranty. But just one month later, the product completely stopped working, displaying an "internal error" while running!
I immediately took the product back to service, expecting a simple software issue. To my shock, they claimed there was liquid contact and that the product arrived "quite wet." When I asked for photos to prove this, they just repeated the same vague excuse. This is ridiculous! The product operates with water for mopping; it's impossible for it to arrive "quite wet" from normal use. If there was indeed liquid contact, and the product is designed to use water, what is my fault? They even suggested water might have leaked from the wheels!
If there's a risk of water leakage from the wheels during manufacturing, why weren't precautions taken? And if no precautions were taken, why wasn't this risk disclosed to us when we purchased the product? It's your responsibility to protect consumers from such defects. We can't possibly know this. This is an automated device that draws its own water. I paid ₺32,000 for this product. Even the dustbin and filter I bought just a month ago were deemed "too old" and given a price quote for replacement. We've been completely victimized after spending a ton of money. I demand an immediate solution!
