I Face Roborock Q Revo Pro Dirty Water Suction Failure From Day One

I purchased a Roborock Q Revo Pro robot vacuum cleaner via Trendyol in Istanbul, Turkey. From the very first day, the device has had a problem with not suctioning dirty water properly, so I believe a faulty product was sent to me. My Trendyol order number is 10703322975. Despite the fact that the problem started on the first day and clearly shows that the product is faulty, I am only told to wait, and my issue is not being solved. I find it very disappointing that Roborock and the relevant parties have not taken a fast and solution-oriented approach, and that I am left to struggle with a defective device instead of being properly supported. During this whole period, I have been victimized by not being able to use the product properly and by losing time and comfort due to the ongoing problem. I request the urgent replacement of my Roborock Q Revo Pro with a new, fully functional product, and for my issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
