Amazon Seller Canceled My Order and Refused Delivery After 12 Days
On April 18, 2026, I placed an order on Amazon.com.tr with order number 405-6186817-6737958 for the product “Alesis Nitro Max Kit” at a price of approximately $830. My order was confirmed by the seller, and I received a notification that it had been successfully placed.
Despite 12 days passing since the order date, the product was not shipped to me. On April 30, 2026, I was informed by the seller that my order would be canceled due to a “technical issue.” During an online chat with Amazon.com.tr customer service, I was told that the product was not shipped because it was “damaged.”
Although the seller accepted the order, they failed to fulfill their delivery obligation. While I was informed that the payment would be refunded, this situation has caused me significant inconvenience. The market price of the same product has increased since I placed my order, and I am no longer able to purchase it at the same price.
Under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, I have the right to choose remedies in cases where the seller fails to fulfill their obligations.
Request:
First, I request that the product I ordered be provided to me at the original purchase price. If this is not possible, I request that the difference between the current market price and the amount I paid be compensated.
Sincerely,

I was harmed because the seller unjustly canceled the Alesis Nitro Max Kit I ordered and failed to ship it for 12 days. I spoke with customer service, and they claimed the product wasn't shipped because it was damaged, yet the refund process is still incomplete. This situation made me feel ignored, and I see that the compensation I requested has not yet been provided.
I placed my order on April 18, 2026, but even after 12 days, it was not shipped. The seller canceled the order due to a technical issue, and conflicting explanations were given regarding the product. I am still waiting for a response and requesting compensation for the price difference.
