Turna Charged Me More to Change My AJet Ticket Than Original Price
I purchased a flight ticket through Turna for an AJet flight scheduled on June 12, 2026, paying approximately $200. Later, when I tried to change the date of this ticket to May 29, 2026, the application presented me with an offer showing the new ticket price as about $325 and my original ticket value as around $300.
When I attempted to cancel the transaction, I was informed that I would only receive a refund of approximately $50. However, when trying to change the ticket date, I was offered only about a $20 discount. This creates a clearly unfair situation, as the pricing difference is excessive and works against the consumer.
I consider this practice to be an unfair pricing policy that creates an unreasonable price gap to the disadvantage of the customer. My PNR code is 40FYMA. When I contacted Turna customer service, they stated that they could not make any changes under these conditions and did not provide any solution.
I request that the amount I paid and the change/cancellation conditions be revised to a reasonable and fair level. I also ask that my ticket change or refund request be reconsidered in a way that favors the consumer. Otherwise, I will proceed with filing complaints and requesting an official review of your refund and pricing policies with the relevant authorities.
