Roborock Qrevo Pro Leaks Water and Won’t Mop—No Help From Service

I purchased the Roborock Qrevo Pro robot vacuum from Vatan Bilgisayar, and from the very first use, it has been leaking water from the dock. Because of this constant leakage, the device cannot perform its mopping function at all. Every time I attempt to run it, water floods the floor, leaving my home a mess instead of clean.

I’ve sent the vacuum to the service center twice. The first time, they returned it without doing anything. The second time, they claimed there was “no issue” and sent it back in the same unusable condition. I’ve had this device for seven months and haven’t been able to use it even once properly.

Despite providing multiple video recordings clearly showing the problem, the service team ignored my evidence and insisted there was nothing wrong. Roborock’s support has been completely unhelpful, and Vatan Bilgisayar has shown no interest in supporting me after the sale. A product that cost me ₺52,000 has turned out to be completely useless.

I expected better from a brand marketed as one of the best robot vacuums available. I demand a full resolution, whether through a replacement or refund. If this issue isn’t addressed, I will take further action to protect my consumer rights.
