I Regret Buying the Roborock H7M1 – Expensive Repairs and No Warranty Support

I purchased a Roborock H7M1 cordless vacuum from a Teknosa store about six months ago, and it’s been nothing but a frustrating and expensive experience. First, the dustbin latch broke after a minor bump. When I sent it in for warranty repair, they charged me ₺3,000 just to fix it. Now, only a short time later, the vacuum completely stopped working, and I’ve been told the motor is burnt out.

Despite the product being under warranty, they refuse to cover the repair, claiming it’s “my fault” because I supposedly didn’t wash the filter. That’s absolutely untrue — I’ve always cleaned the filter exactly as recommended. Yet, they insist the damage is my responsibility and are now asking for nearly the cost of a new vacuum to fix it.

This brand is a complete letdown, and Teknosa doesn’t help at all. Their after-sales support is useless, and Roborock clearly does not stand behind their warranty. I’ve already filed a complaint with Consumer Rights, and I hope they don’t get away with this.

I strongly advise against buying a Roborock product. If something breaks, be prepared to pay a fortune — even when it’s not your fault. This will be the first and last Roborock product in my home.
