I Sent In My Roborock H7 for Repair and Got It Back Broken for the 4th Time

I sent my Roborock H7 cordless vacuum cleaner to the authorized service center, and when it was returned, I immediately noticed that the entire dustbin had been replaced without informing me. Not only that, but the motor suction power was significantly weaker than before. On top of that, the main brush head—where the cleaning tube connects—no longer worked, and the brushes had stopped spinning altogether.

This is now the fourth time I’ve had to send this vacuum to service, and each time, it has come back either unrepaired or worse off than when I sent it. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. A premium product like this should not require constant repairs, and yet, there’s no long-term solution offered—just poor handling and faulty returns.

I demand an immediate resolution: either a full replacement or a refund. I have no confidence in the repair process anymore. Roborock must take full responsibility for the recurring issues with this vacuum and provide a working product that lives up to its promised quality.
