Roborock Q7 Max Mop Feature Stopped Working – Denied Warranty Repair Due to Alleged User Error

About 9 months ago, I purchased a Roborock Q7 Max robot vacuum from a tech store. Two months ago, I noticed that the wet mop feature stopped working. I sent it to the authorized service center under warranty, requesting either a repair or a replacement. However, the service center claimed the issue was due to user error and stated that the water tank was damaged, with all repair costs totaling ₺4,000.

It's baffling how a product used once a week for only 7 months could malfunction so quickly. This experience has made me regret choosing Roborock. I expected better durability and support for a product under warranty. Roborock has been a disappointment!
