I Paid for My Roborock H7 and It Broke in a Month with No Support

I purchased the Roborock H7 (H7M1A) cordless vacuum cleaner and it stopped working in less than a month. Despite reaching out to their service team multiple times, I received no meaningful response. They eventually claimed the issue was a motor failure and refused to cover it under warranty, even though the product was barely used.
I’ve spent over ₺10,000 on a vacuum that is now effectively garbage, and I feel completely abandoned by the brand. When we asked if we could fix it ourselves and requested guidance, they still wouldn’t help. They even shipped it back in poor packaging, which resulted in another part breaking in transit.
This entire experience proves how unreliable this brand's support system is. If this is what you get from a supposedly premium brand, it’s not worth the risk. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting Roborock. A vacuum should last more than a few weeks, and basic customer service should not be too much to ask.
