I Got a Roborock H7 and It Failed in Under a Year — No Support from Roborock

I purchased the Roborock H7 (H7M1A) cordless vacuum less than a year ago, and it already started showing error messages. I’ve been extremely careful with the device—regularly cleaned the dustbin and motor filters as instructed—yet I was told it was a user-caused malfunction and they simply sent the product back without repair.

To make matters worse, Teknosa refuses to take any responsibility for the issue, and there’s no way to reach an actual representative from Roborock for support. It’s as if the moment you buy the product, you’re on your own.

I feel completely let down by both companies. A vacuum at this price point should not fail so quickly, especially when maintained properly. I will be filing an official complaint with Consumer Protection.

To anyone considering a Roborock product—don’t make the same mistake I did. If anything goes wrong, you’ll be ignored and left with a broken device.
