Payoneer Charged Me a $30 Annual Fee Without Any Prior Notice

Today, $30 was deducted from my Payoneer account under the name “annual fee” without any prior notice. I did not receive any email notification or in-app alert before this charge was taken from my balance, so I was completely caught off guard and financially impacted by this unexpected deduction.

After noticing the charge, I tried to contact Payoneer customer support, but so far I have not received any response. I do not accept a fee being charged without prior information or clear consent.

For this reason, I am requesting a full refund of the $30 annual fee that was deducted from my Payoneer account without notice.
