Unresolved Repair Issue with Roborock S7 Robot Vacuum Purchased

 I had really high hopes for this product, it turned into a total nightmare. Just one month after I bought it, the robot vacuum decided to stop working. I'm so bummed out because all the attempts to fix the situation have just been super disappointing and frustrating. when I hit up Teknosa's repair service, they couldn't fix the problem.  that was just the start of the whole mess. Even though it's still under warranty, they didn't offer to replace it or give a refund to fix the issue. It's really disappointing to see a well-known store not taking responsibility and providing good customer service. As time went by, my attempts to fix the issue were totally ignored. It's been a whole year since the malfunction happened, and it's pretty disappointing that nobody seems to care about the messed-up Roborock S7 vacuum. It just chills in the corner, always reminding me of the money I wasted.
