It’s been just about a year since I purchased my Roborock H7 cordless vacuum, and now it has completely stopped working. Out of nowhere, it gave me a “Fan Error – Contact Customer Support” message on the screen. The device no longer operates at all. The biggest issue is that there’s no way to reach Roborock’s customer support. I've tried every possible channel—emails, phone numbers, even the website—and still no one has responded.
It’s unacceptable that a product in this price range breaks down this quickly and even worse that there’s no one to assist customers when it happens. I rely on this vacuum for daily use, and I’ve been left stranded with no guidance and no working device.
I’m calling on Roborock to take immediate action, provide proper customer support, and either replace or repair the device at no extra cost. If you advertise premium quality, you should also offer premium service and reliability.
