On April 14, 2023, I purchased a pair of Puma sports shoes for my son from the Manisa Magnesia In Street store. I returned the shoes to the store on June 2, 2023, because cracks were appearing on the sides, and they were sent for inspection. These 45-day-old shoes had never been exposed to anything other than rainwater. They weren't even dusty or wiped. On June 14, 2023, I received notification that the inspection had resulted in a denial. I received the product on April 16, 2023, with no warranty repair or replacement. As a result, I realized that Puma does not stand behind their defective product, and this has taught me a valuable lesson. While I am not poor financially because I spent 1,500 TL on Puma, I will never buy it again or recommend it to my family or friends.
