Puma Shoes Distort After Two Wears


I bought shoes from the Puma Store on June 25, 2023. After wearing them just twice, one of them started deforming from the side. I initiated the return process on July 5, 2023. They assured me that they would contact me once the process was completed. However, I received no calls from Puma. When I visited the store on September 19, I discovered that the shoes had been returned on July 26. Inside the box, I found a letter stating that "specialists" determined it wasn't a material issue! (I wore the shoes on just 2 sunny days, drove to a restaurant by car, but it's not a material problem!). Puma refused to provide a refund, exchange, or even repair the shoes. From now on, I know I'll be on my own when buying a product from Puma!
