Puma Walking Shoes Tore Within Months and Customer Support Offered No Help
We purchased a pair of Puma walking shoes for our son on January 18, 2024, from the Adana Fast Sports Store. Within just 2-3 months, the shoes began tearing in multiple places, even though they were only used for walking. Since we live in Samsun, we tried to get assistance from local stores, expecting them to send the shoes for inspection and offer a solution. Unfortunately, stores in Samsun kept redirecting us to each other, and eventually, one suggested we go to a store in Istanbul. When we later visited the Puma store on Istiklal Street in Istanbul, they, too, couldn’t help. It is confusing and frustrating that assistance should depend on the Adana store, where we found no help. After months, Puma’s headquarters told us over the phone that they don’t support products sold by their dealers, advising us not to buy from a dealer again. This experience has been unnecessarily difficult.
