On December 10, 2025, I experienced a serious issue with deposits in the casino section of a website called VD Casino. The site displayed a bank transfer range between approximately $32 and $3,200, and trusting this information, I made a deposit. However, despite completing the transaction, the money was never credited to my account.
When I contacted live support, they dismissed the issue by saying that I had “caught a system update.” Instead of fixing the problem, they told me that I needed to deposit an additional $65 for my account to become active and to be able to play. In other words, not only was my original deposit not credited, but I was also asked to send more money.
Following the instructions given by live support, I made three separate deposits using different payment methods, totaling approximately $650. Despite this, my account was still not activated, and none of the deposited funds were reflected in my usable balance. On top of that, I was then asked to deposit another $650.
I have all supporting evidence, including payment receipts and screenshots of the transactions. Moreover, even though they claimed there was an “update,” the website still displays the same transfer limits, with no visible changes. I strongly believe that this situation is intentionally misleading users and pressuring them to deposit more money.
I demand that the full amount of approximately $650 that I deposited be refunded to me immediately and in full, and that a formal investigation be conducted into these deceptive practices, with appropriate action taken against those responsible.
