My New Puma Shoes from West Park Cracked in Just 3 Days


On June 16, 2024, I bought a pair of shoes from the Puma store at West Park in Izmir. I trusted the Puma brand's quality, but now I deeply regret my purchase. After only three days of wear, the shoes started to crack!
I'm not from Izmir, and I've already left the city, so I can't return to the same store. There's no one to help me in my current location either. I've never seen such poor quality from any brand before. It's unbelievable that they deteriorated so quickly in just three days.
The product is clearly defective, and I feel cheated. I'm disappointed in the Puma brand. After this experience with such a low-quality product, I don't plan on buying any Puma items again. I hope by sharing this, others will see it and avoid the same frustrating experience I've had.
