Puma Sneakers Ripped Quickly Despite Daily Normal Use

I bought a pair of Puma sports shoes for $58 from the Sporjinal store located in Kırıkkale Merkez Podium Mall. I used the product daily for about three months, but within this short period, the front part of the shoes started to tear.

After the issue occurred, I went to the store and requested a refund, but my request was rejected. Even though I used the shoes only for daily, normal use, the fact that they tore within just about two months was disappointing both in terms of quality and the price I paid.

Under warranty and consumer rights, I am requesting that Puma and Sporjinal examine the shoes and at least offer a product exchange. Puma is not as high-quality as expected.
