I purchased a pair of Puma sports shoes from your store on June 8, 2025. Even though I did not use the shoes heavily, the front parts began to burst open and the upper fabric started fraying and wearing out in less than two months. Before even reaching three months of use, the shoes became unusable, and we haven’t been able to wear them for about a month now.
I sent the product in for inspection and received a rejection on the grounds that the issue was “not manufacturing-related.” I paid $37 for these shoes, and I do not accept this level of wear and tear in such a short time. Based on how often and how lightly I used them, I believe this is not user error but a quality issue with the product.
I request that the product be re-evaluated as a defective item and that I be granted a refund or an exchange if possible. Otherwise, I would like to inform you that I am prepared to submit complaints to all relevant authorities.
