I bought a pair of Puma goalkeeper gloves from the Koray Spor store. I used the gloves only four times in total, and within about one month, they developed serious wear and tears. Seeing this level of damage in such a short time was very disappointing in terms of the product’s quality and durability.
After experiencing the issue, I took the product back to the store and requested an inspection. Even though the gloves were examined, I was told it was “user error,” and my request for an exchange was rejected. Considering that I used the gloves in only a few matches under normal conditions, I do not find this response fair at all.
I expect both Koray Spor and Puma to stand behind the product. I did not expect to be left in this situation after buying something that was supposed to be durable. Because the gloves became damaged so quickly, I am requesting either a replacement or a refund of the amount I paid.
